Emily Neuberger

Emily Neuberger is proud to join the Renaissance Financial recruiting team after a long career working in admissions and career services for various institutions of higher-learning across the country, including Boston University, the University of Colorado-Boulder, and the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In these roles, Emily held significant responsibilities, such as organizing campus visits for prospective students and their families and building partnerships with local employers in order to secure jobs and internships for college students, which will serve her well in her new position as she seeks to help the firm identify, hire, and recruit the best possible talent so that it can continue its long-term growth.

That growth is one of the main reasons Emily was drawn to Renaissance, as she firmly believes that the firm’s trajectory, as well as its collaborative culture, can provide her with an excellent opportunity for professional development. A graduate of both the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and leadership study and Boston University with a Master’s in Education, Emily brings an extensive knowledge-base to supplement her wealth of real-world experience. This strong academic background is just another example of Emily’s dedication to learning and her ability to master the kind of complex concepts and ideas that she will need to utilize in order to thrive in her new position.

Raised in Overland Park, KS, Emily currently lives in Kansas City, where she stays active in the community through her work with the Emerging Leaders Board and Jewish Family Services. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city, as well as hiking, skiing, and spending her fall Sundays rooting on her beloved Kansas City Chiefs.
