Bailey Hanus

Bailey Hanus comes to Renaissance Financial as a skilled corporate recruiter with a wealth of experience, which she is excited to utilize as part of the firm’s talent acquisition team. Prior to her transition to Renaissance, Bailey was a recruiter for Zelle HR Solutions in Lincoln, NE, where she assisted the organization’s biggest client, Silverhawk Aviation, in the hiring of pilots and aviation maintenance directors. In that role, Bailey was given advanced responsibilities, such as screening and interviewing job seekers in order to identify candidates that would be a good match for the company’s culture, all of which will be directly applicable to her core duties here at Renaissance.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Bailey was attracted to Renaissance by the firm’s team-centric culture and emphasis on collaboration. She values building and developing close relationships with each one of her co-workers, which will only allow her to better target and identify candidates that are ideal matches for Renaissance’s unique environment and client-centered approach to the financial advising process.

Originally from Omaha, Bailey is proud to remain a part of the community in which she was raised. Outside of the office, she spends a lot of time with her family and loves cooking and trying new restaurants around town. In addition, she is an avid Survivor fan, having watched all 44 of its seasons, and dreams of one day becoming a contestant on the show.
