Tanner Werner

“The harder I practice, the luckier I get.” Though this quote is usually attributed to legendary golfers like Gary Player and Arnold Palmer, it embodies the philosophy that makes Tanner Werner such an asset to the team.

Tanner’s enthusiasm for learning and his appreciation for working in a collaborative environment not only brought him to Renaissance Financial but continue to drive his mission to provide high-caliber, individualized financial strategies to his clients.

Whether he is working with businesses for group retirement and benefits plans, pre- and post-retirees, or young families, Tanner dedicates himself to developing customized financial strategies that fit each unique individual. He truly values every interaction with his clients and colleagues and thrives in the growing and dynamic culture of Renaissance Financial.

Collaboration is a familiar thing to Tanner. At John A. Logan College, he was a member of the men’s golf team, and the game is still a big part of his life. In addition, he is a lover of hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities, as well as an avid Cardinals and Blues fan.

Originally from Cape Girardeau, Tanner received his bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in finance from Southeast Missouri State University. He went on to receive his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Agent license, as well as his FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Now a resident of Columbia, IL, Tanner gets true satisfaction from the hard work that creates its own luck.
