Scottie Bayles

Eager to work with young families, military personnel, first responders, entrepreneurs, and medical professionals, Scottie Bayles joined Renaissance Financial as a financial advisor to help her clients achieve their goals. She focuses on creating strategies to help her clients obtain financial sense of security. While she enjoys the independence of running her own business, she values the firm’s team-oriented approach to serving clients.
Before joining Renaissance Financial, Scottie was a captioning agent at CaptionCall. There she helped the deaf and hard of hearing understand normal phone conversations. As an operations intern at Discover Financial Services, she researched how to improve communication between software systems and improve sales for the Home Equity department. Currently, as an adult sports supervisor, she oversees the adult basketball, softball, and kickball leagues within the City of Scottsdale.
Scottie attended Northern Arizona University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in business management and finance. Inducted into the honors program, Scottie was also involved in the Business Leadership Program, which teaches young professional how to navigate the business world by attending networking and business etiquette seminars. She was also involved in the Professional Recognition Program, where professors rated students at the end of the semester on characteristics they define as professional. She went on to earn her Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Agent license, as well as her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
Passionate about volunteer work, Scottie enjoys working with the Special and Senior Olympics of Arizona. Throughout her life, she has volunteered at various organizations gathering care packages for U.S. troops overseas, preparing meals for the less fortunate, encouraging special needs athletes to excel at sporting events. She has been involved in trash pick-up projects throughout her local community.
Raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Scottie grew up riding motorcycles, playing basketball, and ran track competitively. In high school, she played in two state championship games. She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
