With deep experience in customer service and sales, Katy was drawn to Renaissance Financial for its focus on putting clients first. She dedicates herself to developing customized financial strategies that fit each unique individual, capitalizing on the collaborative environment of the firm to help others succeed. Katy works with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to families, individuals and nurses. She also focuses on helping those approaching retirement and retirees achieve financial sense of security. Katy excels in recommending strategies and auditing existing policies and accounts to guide them through retirement.
Katy attended Western Michigan University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is the recipient of several awards and recognitions, including the Military Officers Association Scholarship in 2008, the Founder’s Club in 2016 for her work at Men’s Wearhouse, and the Paul Harris Fellowship—Rotary Certificate in 2018. She holds her Life, Accident, and Health Agent, license, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.
As an animal lover, Katy’s volunteer work has included the Animal Rescue Project of Kalamazoo, Michigan. She now volunteers at the Arizona Animal Welfare League (AAWL) in Phoenix. Katy loves to travel and even lived in Germany starting at the age of 16. Originally from Okemos, Michigan, Katy has lived in South Lake Tahoe, San Diego, Kalamazoo, and Germany. She currently resides in Phoenix, but loves to fly home to spend time with her family.
