Alec Bausch joined Renaissance Financial as a Financial Advisor due to his desire to help people. He is passionate about guiding individuals through their retirement needs and providing young families with the support to manage their finances throughout the stressful and busy stages of their lives. He was also drawn to Renaissance Financial’s unique advisor development program as it gives him the support and confidence to grow his own business.
A graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, Alec was a dedicated student athlete and played basketball and co-founded the Illinois Wesleyan Men’s Club Golf Team. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. He later went on to obtain his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Agent license as well as his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
Alec currently resides in the Kirkwood area of St. Louis, Missouri, where he grew up. Since graduating college in 2017, he has served as an assistant varsity basketball coach at his alma-mater, DeSmet Jesuit High School. When he is not in the office, Alec is an avid golfer, he also competes in basketball and soccer rec leagues. He is a fan of the St. Louis Blues and Cardinals baseball team.
