Kristin Grillo

From her first experience with Renaissance Financial Kristin Grillo knew she had found her home. For Kristin, the culture and the family-first aspect are extremely important and something she is proud to be part of. Renaissance Financial stands out to Kristin because as soon as you step through the doors you are surrounding yourself with people that will always go the extra mile to make you feel like part of the team.

Prior to joining Renaissance Financial Kristin was a Branch Rental Manager with Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Through this position Kristin gained valuable experience in marketing, performance management and employee development. She also held a position with Cintas where she was able to further her passion for relationship building by developing strong connections with internal partners and customers.  

Kristin lives in Blue Springs, MO with her husband, Gavin, and their son Dominic. She, along with others from the Kansas City office, has previously volunteered with Operation Breakthrough and Shadow Buddies. When Kristin is not in the office, she and her husband enjoy rehabbing furniture and home brewing beer.
