Cody Erlbeck

Cody Erlbeck comes to Renaissance Financial with a wealth of regional recruiting and software sales experience. Given his background in recruiting, Cody has shown a great propensity for interviewing and screening quality candidates in the corporate world. He excels in collaborating with department leadership teams to fulfill their hiring needs.

Cody originally became acquainted with Renaissance as a client of the firm, and quickly became impressed by the firm’s ability to prioritize the needs of its employees while also offering best in industry service to clients such as himself. As a professional recruiter Cody was attracted to Renaissance due to the company’s growth and future potential, and is excited to help the firm expand its business and employee-base while maintaining its collaborative and team-centric culture.

Cody grew up in Long Beach, Washington, where he spent six years as a volunteer firefighter, then pursued his degree at Penn State University. Cody currently resides in Scottsdale with his wife Nautika and his chocolate lab Jetty and spends his free-time pursuing a variety of hobbies, such as dirt bike racing, MMA training, and working towards his private pilot’s license.
