Justin Hughes, CFA®, CFP®
Justin Hughes’ extensive education in investment management and finance allows him to bring a technical layer to the financial analysis process.
Justin was drawn to the firm because of its team-oriented approach. He is passionate about delivering comprehensive strategies that are tailored to meet the investment needs of individuals and families, and the collaborative nature of the firm helps him do just that.
Justin was previously the men’s soccer assistant coach at Creighton University for five seasons after playing three seasons with the Colorado Rapids of the MLS. He was drafted into the MLS after a playing career on the men’s soccer team at the University of North Carolina.
Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Justin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MBA and Master of Investment Management and Financial Analysis (MIMFA) from Creighton University. He possesses the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation as well as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification. Justin also holds his Life and Health Insurance license, and FINRA Series 7, and Series 66 registrations.
Justin currently resides in Omaha with his wife, Natalie, and their three children, Luca, Lennon and Levi. He enjoys traveling and is an avid fan of soccer, skiing, and fitness. He stays involved in the game of soccer through coaching and clinics with area youth players. Justin was the recipient of the 2019 Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s Chairman’s Excellence award* and chaired the organization’s Engagement Council from 2017-2020. Previously serving on the board of Football for the World, he is a current board member for the Nebraska State Soccer Association as well as President of the board for Bennington Soccer Club.

Cora is a dedicated and talented member of our team at Renaissance Financial. Having joined us as a part-time administrative assistant in the spring of 2021, Cora's exceptional performance and commitment to providing outstanding support led to her transition into a full-time position in 2023.
Hailing from Battle Creek, Nebraska, Cora holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with areas of concentration in Marketing, Sales, and Sustainability from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Her education, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, is a testament to her strong work ethic and attention to detail.
