Ben Larson, ChFC®, RICP®

Ben joined the Renaissance Financial team at the beginning of 2008. He was drawn to the firm not only because he could learn from the unique team-based approach, but also because he believes it provides an advantage to his clients. Through a myriad of financial tools and expertise, he is able to assist clients in reaching their financial aspirations. Young professionals, pre-retirees, and business owners appreciate Ben’s dedication and determination of identifying and establishing their specific goals since he understands the importance of setting them and the satisfaction of achieving them.

Ben took his first step toward his career as a financial advisor by attending Indiana University where he received business degrees in both marketing and management. He attained his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license, as well as his FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Not only is Ben a financial advisor at Renaissance, but also as a Shareholder. In 2015, he was recognized as a member of the MDRT and in 2017, he earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designation from The American College. Professionals who receive the ChFC designation are equipped to meet the advanced financial needs of their clients and can provide expert advice on a broad range of financial topics including wealth accumulation and estate planning, income and business taxation strategies, and investment and retirement strategies.

Ben was a member of the IUPUI Men’s Soccer team in Indiana and currently remains active in the soccer community. In addition, Ben is involved with other community organizations including the Rotary Club of Omaha, The Partnership for Our Kids, and Ducks Unlimited. Ben was born, and raised, and currently resides in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife, Laura, and their three children, Evan, Audrey, and Graham.
