As a 3rd generation financial advisor, Meagan Applebaum learned at an early age how impactful having a financial advisor in your corner can be to achieving long-term financial stability, and leaving a legacy behind. Wanting to make a difference in the lives of her clients and help them create wealth, protect their families, and invest in the future, Meagan strives to build long-lasting relationships centered around compassion. Building a relationship, she creates comprehensive financial strategies that reflect their unique goals while alleviating the stress out of money management. She also helps her clients navigate different financial situations that come up throughout their life with the end goal of achieving financial stability and freedom.
Before joining Renaissance Financial, Meagan interned at various financial firms. However, she was attracted to Renaissance’s collaborative and team-oriented approach to financial management which helps financial professionals and their clients thrive. From young professionals to retirement-age adults, Meagan is excited to work with people from all walks of life who want to financially better themselves and their families.
Meagan graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing and a minor in personal financial planning. In addition to obtaining her Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, she also holds her Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.
In her free time, you can find her playing sand volleyball, cooking for friends and family, or
relaxing with a glass of wine watching the newest Netflix show. Although Meagan now resides in St. Louis, Missouri, her mother’s hometown, she was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and is a huge Astros, Houston Rockets, and Texans fan. In addition to volunteering at Make-A-Wish Foundation, she is also a University of Missouri and Chi Omega alumni.
