John T. Siefert, CFS®

As a founding member of Renaissance Financial, John Siefert's dedication to the firm and the financial services industry as a whole has been evident to both his clients and peers over his close to three decades of experience. Currently serving as a Shareholder, a member of both the firm's Board of Directors and its Investment Committee, and its Retirement Sales Executive for the Employee Benefits Division, John has seen his business and impact grow over time, and has been one of Renaissance Financial's top-performing advisors since the company's inception. Within the firm, John has been honored at the highest level by being named a Platinum Advisor* numerous times, most recently in 2021, while he is also one of the top-ranking national performers within all of Securian Financial Services, recognizing him at the Chairman's Club* level for 17 years.

In addition to his multiple areas of financial expertise, clients are often drawn to John due to his team-centric approach. During his time at the firm, John has become a mentor to many young advisors and staff members alike, and as such has built a strong and responsive team that is more than capable of providing each of his clients with exceptional service. As the Retirement Sales Executive for the Employee Benefits Division, John is able to understand his client's vision for their financial future, while providing them with the tools needed to achieve it in a fiscally responsible way. In an ever-evolving industry, John and his team are also able to stay up to date on current and potential changes, making his unique knowledge of qualified retirement plans and money management essential for both small to mid-sized business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

John's thirst to make a difference extends outside the office, as reflected by his important work within the St. Louis region. At present, John is a member of the Board of Directors for Angels' Arms, an organization established to support local foster families and children. When he's not working or giving back to his community, John enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Tricia, and their family.
