Thomas Peters

Tom joined Renaissance Financial so he could be part of a close-knit group of financial professionals and utilize the team based approach to provide service to his clients. He enjoys working with a variety of clients including engineers, business owners and medical professionals. Tom understands that each client’s situation is unique and he will work with you to customize the financial tools being used to help you achieve your current and future financial goals.

To prepare for his career in the financial industry Tom attended the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, as well as a dual minor in economics and communications. While in college he worked for Cabela’s CLUB World Foremost Bank, here Tom assisted clients to resolve problems and debt on delinquent accounts. This experience proved valuable to show the importance of having a good financial strategy in place. The next step was to attain his Life Accident and Health Insurance agent license, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations so he could continue his dream of becoming a financial advisor.

Outside of the office, Tom volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity and is a member of the German American Society. Growing up Tom attended Millard West High School, but also lived in six states across the country. He is proud to now call West Omaha home, where he enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
