Cole Grandfield

Cole joined the Renaissance Financial family in 2008 and became an integral part of the growth seen at the Omaha, Nebraska office. His quick wit, big personality, and down-to-earth character immediately put people at ease, and his thoughtfulness and attention to detail reassure clients that they are in trusted hands. In a world where people sometimes push a cookie-cutter approach, Cole takes the time to fully understand his client’s goals and helps customize a financial strategy that is distinctly theirs.

For Cole, it is not just about the initial meeting. He enjoys creating ongoing relationships with his clients, and becoming a great friend and advocate which only serves to better help him understand their needs over the long term. He is gifted at seeing the overall financial picture and pulling together all of the pieces into a tailored design that makes sense for each individual client. As a financial advisor, Cole works with business owners, people nearing retirement, and young families.

Before joining Renaissance, Cole attended the University of Nebraska in Omaha where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance. This education helped build the foundation for his career as a financial advisor. He then went on to attain his Life, Accident and Health Insurance Agent license as well as FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. In addition, he had the distinction of qualifying for the MDRT in 2012.

Cole grew up in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and played baseball at The University of Iowa and Southern Arkansas University. He is now proud to call Omaha his home, where he is deeply involved in the community, volunteering with Make a Wish Nebraska, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Children’s Hospital. He is a huge sports fan and loves cheering for the Creighton basketball team. In the summer months, he enjoys spending the weekends on the golf course and is a member of The Player’s Club at Deer Creek.
