The Employee Benefits Division incorporates both Group Benefit and Retirement services and focuses on designing, implementing, and servicing your comprehensive employee benefit plans. The team, managed by Shelly Natsis, works with a number of providers to offer a comprehensive package designed to best suit your needs. Specialists will review your current benefit plans including 401(k), Profit Sharing, Simple IRA’s, group health, life, medical, dental, short and long-term disability, and long-term care insurance. They can then recommend design changes to better meet both the business owner’s as well as the employees’ needs. In addition to reviewing your benefits package on an annual basis, specialists will meet with employers to review plan designs and answer questions.
