When beginning his career as a financial advisor, Kolby wanted to make sure he had the perfect team supporting him. He decided that Renaissance Financial provided him with the right amount of support but still allowed him the freedom needed to work with his individual clients. Prior to being a financial advisor, Kolby spent time as a casino host in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role showed him the importance of working one on one with clients and providing them with the highest level of customer service possible.

Enforcing the importance of a good team was Kolby’s experience from playing football for the University of Oklahoma. While on the team, they won 3 Big XII Championships and played in 3 BCS games including the National Championship. Beyond the football field, Kolby made sure he had solid education to support his future by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University in Sociology and Business Administration. He has since attained Life Accident and Health Insurance Agent License, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.

Kolby is still active with the University of Oklahoma, by being a part of the Varsity O Association for athletic alumni. He also volunteers his time at the Shrine Hospital and spent time working with the Children’s Hospital while in Oklahoma. Kolby enjoyed spending his childhood in Pender, Nebraska and currently resides in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a Registered Representative with Securian Financial Services, Inc.
