Joe Calhoun has been a financial advisor with Renaissance Financial since 2009. He has a BBA in finance from Loyola University in Chicago, with a minor in computer science. Prior to working at Renaissance Financial, Joe worked with the Retirement Planning team at Smith Barney, interned at New York Life, and developed the RIA Team at Nuveen Investments.

Being available and accommodating to clients is Joe’s specialty. He enjoys building relationships with the individuals and businesses he works with. These relationships allow him to truly understand their needs and help them make the right financial decisions. He works closely with many local businesses, charities, medical professionals, retirees, and young families. He is very active and passionate in the Kansas City and Chicago communities, a fan of music and art, and holds his family very dear to him.

Joe has committed himself to his business and aspires to help each and every individual he encounters, travel to each of the world’s wonders and to live a life worth writing a book about.
