Jay has been with Renaissance Financial since 1994 and started the Employee Benefits Division in February of 1995. He has more than 23 years experience in the insurance industry. He previously served on the National Broker Advisory Committee at United HealthCare of the Midwest, Inc., and is recognized as a key producer for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and United HealthCare. Jay is responsible for the development of new group business for the division along with continued service to existing clients.

As a Shareholder of Renaissance Financial, Jay has enjoyed watching Renaissance Financial grow over the years. He feels that this growth has allowed him and his team to better serve their clients. Jay is truly passionate about what he does and will make sure that you and your group have the right benefits plan in place.

Outside of the office, Jay continues to serve and give back to the community. He is an active member of Damascus Road Fellowship and is a supporter of the Violence Protection Center located in Southwest Illinois. Jay resides in Belleville, Illinois with his wife Krissy.
