As the founder of Renaissance Financial, Greg has experienced the struggles and triumphs of building a business from scratch. In 1994, he teamed up with 13 other financial advisors and realized his dream of creating a full-service financial firm. With over 25 years of insurance and investment experience he has developed the firm into one of the premier financial service firms in the region, with offices in St. Louis, Omaha and Kansas City. During this time he has continued to keep his main focuses on building the right team within Renaissance Financial and providing high quality service to clients. Greg is a Registered Representative of Securian Financial Services, Inc (Securian) and has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Funds Specialist designations. He has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table since 1990, and has qualified for Top of the Table, which represents the industry’s top 1%. As the founder and CEO for Renaissance Financial he has led the firm into the spot as one of the top managing firms in the country. Greg is not only an advocate for his team and his clients, but for the community as well. He is a strong supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters, serving as a Board Member on their Executive Committee for several years and acting as a Big Brother for the program. Greg is also a Board Member for COCA and on the board of governors for Sigma Phi Epsilon's national fraternity. The passion Greg has for his career is clear, and he shares this same eagerness in everything he does. Whether it is reading the latest book or skiing, hiking or swimming, it is something that he fully embraces. This has led to him climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa and his next goal is to swim Alcatraz. The adventurous side of Greg comes from a childhood experiencing different cultures; he continues to seek the thrill of traveling and seeing the world. For him there is nothing better than enjoying a fine wine, whether it is in Napa or South Africa.
