Originally from Seattle, Washington, David Obedin moved to Missouri to attend Washington University. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree, David remained in St. Louis and began his career in the financial services industry.

A founding member of Renaissance Financial, David maintains the goal of providing his clients with peace of mind and unmatched service.

He attended the Oxford Center for Post Graduate Hebrew Studies, obtaining a Certificate of Completion, and his accreditations include Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter Designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and a CFP Certificate from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. David holds a Life Accident and Health Insurance Agent License, as well as FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, and 65 registrations.

Extremely active in the community, David is currently Chairman of the board of the Contemporary Art Museum of St. Louis. Past boards include Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, Jazz at the Bistro, and Washington University School of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board.
